5 Sulaiman-Too Museum
Sulaiman-Too (Solomon Mountain) is the only World Heritage Site in Kyrgyzstan, offering a breath-taking view of the country’s second largest city – Osh. For the city’s 3,000th anniversary, a new museum building was completed, carved inside the mountain itself. For better or worse, it completely changed the face of the mountain. The glassed concrete arch structure brought a dash of modernism into the historical site, closing the entry to the cave. Inside the museum, you’ll find more than 33,000 exhibits, which attract tourist from all over the world into this central Asian country.
